Can’t wait for us to go back to the building. Coaches aren’t so distracted by the Manager anymore because of ordering lunch and useless gossip sessions all day, that they actually are doing observations more than ever now.

If there was a yearly knowledge check to keep your job it’s safe to say that half of them would fail...managers too
I work at Frontier and I can safely say that probably half of our employees DO NOT earn their paycheck. They are simply inept. Orders don’t get staged correctly, they lie to customers, they constantly write orders wrong, and some are downright rude. Some sound like they’re on d–gs when I talk to them. I spend most my time fixing their mistakes. Unfortunately our customers are the ones who suffer. I do blame the company for hiring stupid employees. I seriously doubt these id–ts were former GTE/Verizon employees like myself

I wonder if Studio54 (nickname for the back office on 9th floor in Tampa where the useless coaches hang out the majority of the day to gossip and generally disappear) is following social distancing guidelines right now?
