Got let go today in a video chat, and the HR gal is just useless. So arrogant and condescending, acting like I am some loser now that I am not working for GE anymore. The thanks you get from corporate America after 18 years.
Well, in reality, I am the fool for drinking the cool-aid.
My recommendation for everyone is to consult a lawyer. Because if they didn't rank you or told you there are performance issues, not sure they can tell you the selection is performance-based.
