They don't have clue what their talking about. HSE is another joke, lets make it safe but when it comes down to fixing the problem it never gets done because, well, that cost to much to fix. When safety issues are brought up, HSE says oh, that's not a safety issue, you need to take that up with HR...WTH?

They only protect themselves. Ask the cheating director that was transferred to the ME. Should have been on the chopping block after being caught but instead they promote him. All upside down here. The dud's priority at the tower is his lunch outings with his BFF.....very odd ;0
HR is there to protect the company for its employees. The only time HR will support an employee is if in doing so they save the company form a law suite. Never complain to HR about your boss unless you have talked to your attorney and have a case. If you do, and they have to back you over your boss, you're good for about a year and then you will be first in line to be made redundant.

They will NOT have your back no matter how good an employee you are. Since under Clay Williams leadership the HR department footprint exploded throughout the company it is now a NAZI environment.
