They set up their own plant in Indiana some time ago.

They bounce back and forth with Hoods and Dean
Kroger. And shop Rite own their own dairy
Franklin Plant will be owned by Upstate Dairy out of Rochester New York. They are a great company to work for.

Not a chance hood put a bid on it. Only competition in greater Boston area is dean and hood. Doj maybe not let Dfa buy it. They sure as hell won’t let hood buy it.
Either Dfa gets it or next stop closure.
