2020 bonus are under consideration to be eliminated.

It is variable compensation and was not introduced as a bonus. They froze and reduced our salaries in exchange for performance based pay at risk. We fell below industry average midpoints in the salaries. But as long as we performed then we were supposed to get VCIP. The approach has a significant impact on 401K matching and pensions.

meh, happy to have a job and I think the current plan was the right one. Bonus or not, they're not guaranteed and we should all be aware of the economics. Does it s—? Sure, but I'm happy to work for this company and happy to be gainfully employed alongside fellow co-workers.

We all know how this will end: the CEO’s friend who has his house up for sale will accept blame for this disaster and ride off into the sunset with his $75 million severance package. History (from January 2016) repeats itself.
