Don't believe the lies on here about decom , go into linked in today and see there are 6 different decom staff all looking for work after being made redundant in the last 24 hours.
Two of these people have been working for Baker for over 10 years and one taken on last year so nothing to do with experience just like every other part of Baker cutting heads.
So obviously usual hot air and lies on here about being busy , just do a little bit of research and you will see no one is safe.
More decom met with HR today and down the road.

So lucky to be in the Decom team right now
Far too much lies and back stabbing in Baker Aberdeen and that's the problem with the company these days, everyone out for them self.
Use to be we all worked together and actually spent time with work colleagues outside work now just everyone trying to get you paid off to save themselves.
