Kudos to the store management teams for consistently putting on a brave face and convincing the sheep to come in every day. Its gotta be a tough job to compromise your integrity and decency to uphold beliefs you dont quite support. All the while convincing them they dont need a union. Good job!

You think an ASM isn’t hoping for a couple weeks off from getting their store shut down? Most of them don’t want anything to do with this.
We have our SM who usually works 6 to 4, he left at 2 today. I only saw him because he was leaving as I was bringing in carts.
Our a–hole asms are off today and don’t miss them. Our one lone asm tonight is a great guy.
ASM’s and SM’s put on a show when the customer counting first began. Now they have migrated back to their old status of doing.....nothing. “Let the underlings do it.”
Yes I’m sure the need to make a paycheck to support their families like everyone else. My store has a great management team, I’ve been in stores with poor management so I know what that is like.
