COBRA available w/ early retirement and cost ?

Does anyone know if COBRA is available if you take early retirement or who to contact to find out?

It's called cobra because it will strangle the money from you until there's nothing left. Consider it your very last resort.

When I quit it was considered a change is Job status by state insurance exchange. I got a silver plan PPO for $260 a month (a couple years back). $15 office visit $5 d–g copay $1500 max out of pocket for hospital. The lowe’s cobra for their PPO with high payouts was over $600 a month. Shop around.

Cobra is available for 18 months. It cost me about $643 a month for medical, dental and eye.
