Aberdeen has recorded the sharpest fall in house prices across the UK, according to the Zoopla UK Cities Index.

Figures for April 2020 show the Granite City registering the steepest fall in the previous 12-month period at 24%.

With the new down turn and viris this could easily be double that figure by the end of the year.

Ha ha ha decom

Yes that one tiny part of the company will save the hundreds of thousands of jobs in Aberdeen.

Decom is all about cheap as possible. Aberdeen has 100 companies fight over sc-aps of jobs.

The other post showing that ardyne just secured a 3 year, 125 well deal for 45million proves how little money is actully in decom.

You enjoy the big times decom is going to bring to Aberdeen they will be able to pave the streets with gold soon and I am sure no one is paying anyone off in Aberdeen just now as its booming so much.... ha ha ha Baker fools

Nonsense

Aberdeen is a strong rental due to Decom and Renewables in addition to the growing tourism market and the new exhibition centre attracts people from all over the U.K.

Lies and more lies about Aberdeen

Rental market died 6 years ago in Aberdeen and beem dropping like z stone ever since , west end of Aberdeen is around 40% rental income of Edinburgh or Glasgow but still want 80% the price as so many fools tied into huge morgages.

You can rent a west end house just now in Aberdeen for the same return as a 1 bed flat in Glasgow you fool.

Great advise if you want to lose even more money.

I would not take a house for free in Aberdeen as such a hole..

Next you will be saying oil industry is booming

Aberdeen was a failing ghost town before this down turn with 50% of shops closed and more than 3000 houses for sale , rent was back to 1990s prices with over 2000 rentals available and the highest unemployment in the country.
I can only imagine after oil now at a 20 year low and 4 times as bad as before this started will be nothing left by the end of it.
