Do you seriously think bed bath is going to take everyone who was furloughed back? Wake up people, their only going to take back who they want. High paid, no! Problem, no! ASMs, no! The stock is circling the toilet bowl waiting to go down the drain into the abbyss. Sorry but this is the reality. Cheers

You say your position is "higher"? I really tend to doubt that.
My position in bb&b is higher than most to say the least. Many employees will not be brought back to work. This is not a rumor if you have seen the company’s financials you would say this happened at the most perfect time. Bed bath was about to go belly up!! They will use this opportunity to cut highly paid help to prevent another costly buy out like they did years ago. They will want to buy back as much of there stock back to turn the company back to private. The writing has been on the wall for a long time. Many have had plenty of time to find work. When Matt left the company that was everyone’s hint to start to look for other employment. Most did and a lot took higher positions for the same pay. You have plenty of time to get your resumes in order with no excuses. Do not be surprised when you are not welcome back.

I'm asm50 and I've noticed on the force my approved vacations have been changed to pending approval as of april 8th. Which was after we were furloughed. No one elses have been changed. Makes you wonder if asms are being chopped. I've long thought we would be. Most make higher pay and were made hourly. I could see us not being brought back.
