All HCL rebadged employees who are actively employed—-fight for what’s owed to you. An amendment to your offer letter was sent in April 2019 stating a dollar amount would be due to you for a KPP bonus. This is NOT the stay bonus. Let your voices be heard. Hound HCL as to why you have not received your money!

You ARE so right! Grammar on a website about opinions are the real problem. It can’t be HCL’S lack of communication. We are so lucky to have people on the site to address such issues.

Wow, I would not have stayed without retention bonus, heard if KPP is being paid it will happen in the next few months, remember the offer said KPP eligible, this is not a guarantee

It’s refreshing to know someone out there has that much faith in HCL to stay more than a year knowing that you could be let go any day.

NOT ALL rebadged were offered stay bonus nor KPP! I am 100% positive, as am one myself. And am still working.
All HCL employees were offered the stay bonus and KPP bonus. This was confirmed by HCL HR. Question: has anyone, since April 1st, asked HCL HR were your KPP money is? Don’t just settle with a post on here about why you may have not gotten it. Stand up for yourself. Demand they show you the goal and how it wasn’t met. This option was on everyone’s hcl.com website and everyone should have seen it said the goals were under review by HCL HR. What can it hurt to demand an explanation as to why, 17 days after your anniversary, have you not been provided and update to this plan. However, if you feel you don’t need the money, let them have it. I left prior to 4/1 but you can bet your a$$ I would be hounding then if I was still there. Show me the money!
Wrong. Not all rebadged HCL employees were offered a bonus with the offer amendment.
The retention bonus should be paid out with no issue at the end of this month 4/26 and 4/30. Final approval is needed from Xerox. Also, you have to be employed at the time the bonus is distributed. As for the KPP Bonus there is no guarantee as it’s based on performance and unless you received specific goals in which you were measured by, HCL can make the decision to not payout. This offshoring has been awful and many received their 60 day notice the beginning of the month and during this week. All employees, Xerox and rebadged can be let go with no issue because we are just names on a spreadsheet. The management at the Cores don’t have much say because the reduction in revenue everyone has been experiencing has been a concern. What a shame when certain individuals made millions in bonus’ just to get the stock at a certain price which has greatly reduced. I wish everyone good luck and good health.
Xerox has nothing to do with HCL giving a performance bonus. The letter was sent right after you signed your offer letter in 2019. It was emailed from an “USA offers” email address from HCL. Come on people. Don’t let them get away with lying to you IN WRITING that money is owed to you.
It has been said on here before but it's always best to remember bonus is usually two words at Xerox.
What is KPP and what letter? I got offered the stay bonus which my 2nd payment I think is due this month. I dont recall getting any other letters.
@xni+14vNZ44l Yes. HR was creating “goals” and the payout amount was listed on the letter. If you are still employed with HCL as of 4/1, you were due that money. You have it in writing. Don’t let them get away not paying you.
