No bailout for the rental car industry. Why do you think that "furloughed" changed to "laid off" in only two weeks? Hertz was trying to fool the Feds into thinking they would bring back the 11,000 people they let go. "No bucks, no Buck Rodgers".
Yes, CSuite beggars are asking for a bailout to keep their high flying jobs after firing 11,000+.
Hertz could have received a bailout like other companies had they kept their workforce but now they want to get rid of employees and get government money?
And this is why there are layoffs...
