Anyone else starting to have issues filling their pr-scrip-ions?

I am getting higher cost (high tier / specialty) pr-scrip-ions previously approved now are rejected, while my lower cost ones are okay.
They are supposed to cover pr-scrip-ions for 30 days. That is what they said when we had the webinar and we were permanently laid off
