This is still in effect for Execs for 2 yrs after closing of WRD deal if let go. Bet this happens. Doubles their severance payments.

I didn't get my change of control money when AKM was forced out and Icahn put his cronies on the board...still bitter.
Pure BS. Only in effect for legacy Wildhorse employees. None of those execs came over
