What comes around goes around no one is immune from karma !!
Sad to read this. That was a nice facility. Consolidation of rooftops will definitely impact remaining employees.
Hoping oil prices come back up to slow down this train wreck!
Very sad to hear this! Nav has so many good and talented people across the entire plant. Baker could loose a lot of expertise if they don’t move the right people to Emmott.
How many employees worked at Navigation?
Most departments got severance package out of everyone i know no one is moving to emmot last work day in jun per hr they have to pay us till june 15th 2 months notice
Still can’t believe it’s being shut down.. A lot of good machinist there feel bad for them losing there jobs..
navigation has a heck of alot of baker history. shame to see this place go
All work will transfer to emmott. Unclear whether all employees will be transferred with work.
Has this been officially announced by plant leadership?
That plant has been a target for years.
They’re supposed to have a one on one with the manager and find out if they’re done or get to work at Emmott
Were Navigation workers let go or moved to another facility?
