If I could afford it, I wouldn't show up for work today or ever after. But I sadly don't have that luxury right now. But as soon as this is done, I'll start looking for a new job. Lowe's proved it's willing to risk all of our lives for a quick buck. I won't stay here and be put in the same situation when something similar happens. I'm done.

I'm sick and tired of these STUPID customers! They come in for non-essential items then want clearance prices and couldn't care less if they are holding up the long checkout line. Because after all, they are the only ones that matter in this world. Then customers in line are p-ss-d because they have to wait for the manager to tend to stupid customer and guess who gets the butt chewing. The poor cashier. Of course, they get chewed out while customer is talking on their cellphones,,,,I'VE HAD IT!
I quit 2 days ago. I’m not going back. I just couldn’t believe how lax they were about cleaning and keeping people safe. And continuing with Spring Black Friday!! And they were sooooo happy about record breaking sales. So gross. I can’t support a company like this. Everything they are saying publicly is the opposite of what is happening inside the stores. I just couldn’t spend one more day working for such a morally depleted group of people.
Don’t wait start looking now! It’s what I’m doing, however finding something that is not temporary until this “corona virus thing blows over” is difficult.
There are very few people in my store that support Marvin and his leadership team; most believe it is profits over people.
Well I think this is going to seal their fate. Even our store manager who is normally a Big Lowe’s cheerleader is completely knocking corporate during the morning meetings for their greed and putting people’s lives on the line.
