Let me get this straight.
They let go of FMs, VSAs, CSR...
But they’re bringing Instant Return back?
What sense? The people that “think” for this company are dumber than the customers who think a debit card is a credit card.

I was told they are bringing back IR as well to my work. I am with you, makes no sense. Btw I was permanently laid off today as well. When business picks up hope they can handle it.
I was a instant return rep (IR) for nearly 2 years. I was just notified this a.m. that my status of temp furlough is now perm laid-off. So, not sure about many IR's keeping their jobs.
