Before you sign a severance agreement, know that your severely limiting your rights to sue, many states will reduce your unemployment, it IS negotiable. Don’t let anyone try to tell you otherwise. Seek counsel if you can afford it. Good luck.

1-2 years = 2 weeks pay
2-3 = 3
3-4 = 4
4-5 = 5
5-6 = 6
Etc
