We’re quickly approaching May and before you know it we’ll be halfway through the year. Does it look like we’ll meet all the goals of Unified Plan 2020? I’m super excited. All for one and one for all. ✊

Sure we met our numbers using their matrices. In the real world not by a long shot their expectations are unsustainable and will cause nothing but long term issues for the future, but hey the geniuses that decided that the unified 2020/psr plan won’t be here to clean up their mess.
It’s going to get a lot worse before it gets any better
I choose option 3, Bob.
Unified Plan 2020 is the least of your problems. Now you have to worry about not catching Covid-19 on the job, and a massive recession leading to job cuts that will make the previous PSR-driven reductions look like a summer day at the beach. For those left UP will be an even more miserable place to work, if that's even possible at this stage.
If you have options, use them.
