My store has many employees out which means there is a lot of overtime available; buts it’s only special people, department supervisors, head cashiers, and those special associates that never seem to do much.

My dept supervisor sits on her butt all day counting customers so that is questionable.
The only people counting customers at my store are managers, supervisors, and head cashiers. They are used to sitting on their rears doing little work.
I'm a department supervisor and I get plenty of Ot I would also bet you couldn't keep up with me on your best day ..... That's why I get OT
If you are a worker they will give it to you, if you are lazy they won't wast the money.
