The financials reported by Macroaxis is public information. Noble's risk rating for investors is 97% right now. Great time to buy, unless Noble goes bankrupt first!

I really don’t have faith in that assessment.
The same site has Exxon as 41% chance of bankruptcy.

MRO? That’s doubtful. MRO, along with Noble, is also a bankruptcy candidate. I wouldn’t hang any hope on that rumor.
