Anyone having absolutely no luck what so ever reaching HR??? Been trying since last week with an urgent issue. Tried emailing calling...no response either way. I get they are busy but damn!!!

No one got the “email “ in my store so I had to call everyone and tell them they don’t have a job right now but they are still employed.
I hope we survive this but our future seems bleak to say the least.
We are fortunate enough to work in a fulfillment store so at least I still have a job with a few associates. I hope everyone stays safe through all of this and that bbb will pull through.
Then who will continue to fulfill all of those online orders that have quadrupled??? There will be warehouse and RF store people still not furloughed.
Not everyone is furloughed but the remainder will be furloughed In May
I submitted an inquiry to HR last week and received a response the following day. I have an issue with my.adp and HR escalated my query to Payroll. Now they are a different story... nothing but crickets. I'm still waiting for my issue to be resolved but they might genuinely be very busy. Lord knows what they're dealing with.
Anyway, all I did to get in contact with HR successfully was click the HR link in myHR and shoot an email. I guess I got lucky? But I'm still waiting on Payroll. Good luck to you Op. Just keep trying.

So I originally posted the question. I get everyone’s frustration. I really do. N I know this is an outlet to vent when we don’t really have many other places...but any suggestions??? I really do need to get through to them. Have tried all avenues made available. Even reached out to my SM. We are both stumped. So I’m with you all on all this frustrating bs....but anyone had any luck and if so when and how did you get through???
When SMs have been given direction from corporate to tell their associates that all inquiries have to go through the MyHR phone number, and there's no one there to answer said phone number because they've been furloughed, it doesn't mean that the poster is stupid. It means that, as usual, BBB's leadership has proven yet again that they are incapable of following their own direction. The id–ts are sitting in the boardroom.

HR s**ks.... the worst HR reps I have ever seen. Should be called CR corp relations because they really could care less about the employees. Just a bunch of brown nosing s— ups!
HR has been furloughed too. So maybe they’re like - screw you figure it out yourself tough guy. There are only select regional levels still working. You could log in to MYHR but you probably forgot your password. Oh well.
Figures, BG says all questions are to be directed at HR, and HR disappears. Says everything you need to know about our company.
No surprise. HR is probably the biggest waste of payroll we have after LP. You couldn't get them to respond before why would now be any different? In addition, most of those in HR are just District favorites who got put there to save their positions but had zero HR knowledge or training. Hope they all go away it's all third party now anyway. Useless level.
