Yikes. That was brutal.
We all knew this merger was going to be a massive failure from the start. Mashing two piles of t–ds together will never equal something other than a double-sized pile of t–ds.
Many companies' executives are taking voluntary salary cuts in order to help out with cash flow problems, limit layoffs, etc. but no word from this steaming pile. These executives know this company is doomed and are just trying to s— as much money out of it as the possibly can. Nobody is trying to make this work. The executives don't have much incentive: if this sh– fails they walk away with millions as a reward for their epic failures.
