i don't know about Weber but all store/district/ regional HR in Lowe's is "the club" there is no confidentiality. it is one of the most unethical environment around bunch of white trash woman. I have not had issues but they are a bunch of gossiping id–ts and they talk about ppl to other store level mgmt. especially in region 30! they should resign "effectively immediately"
This just in... seems Ms. Weber is getting 2.5 million over the next two years, slightly more than. $100,000/month. To put this in perspective it will take the average Lowe’s employee making $12.50/hour four years working 40 hours a week to earn the same amount.

Ive had to contact her, and use her, to resolve very unethical actions. To be honest, she was an empty suit. She did nothing, and didnt do her job. So stop praising her. They are all liars at the top.
She would have left immediately on her own if Lowes top brass was doing something unethical or illegal. For her too save face and keep her resume intact she most likely left before it gets out or legal issues arise. Wait and see....
The phrase "resigned effective immediately" is HR code for allowed to resign to save face instead of being fired. We had an ASM "resign" after he went off on a SM for nitpicking how things were done preparing for the 100 days. Weber did unload her Lowe's stock in September 2019.
One thing is certain; things are never boring at Lowe's.
Just a hunch, she probably wants to be able to look herself in the mirror. She may have made suggestions that were rejected.
HR is always first to know when something big is about to go down. The fact that she is jumping ship is not a good sign.
between the way they are handling this pandemic and the small hands Joe incident I'm not surprised she left, she probably doesn't want all this nonsense on her resume
