This post has to be from a troll - I don't think anyone visiting this site cares much about Conduent anymore, especially since most of the former Xerox people who went there either quit or got laid off. Six months after the two companies parted ways in January 2017 there was a mass layoff in the Rochester area of all former Xerox employees still working for Conduent - it was assumed at the time Conduent didn't want to pay for high quality employees, and look where it got them! At $2.66 a share, it is still considered overvalued. Moody's recently downgraded the company to B1.
