First Wal Mart is the richest and largest retail in the WORLD!! WALMART HAS A HEAD QUARTERS IN CHINA!! Why didnt Walmart have a plan of action for their associates here in America, since Doug Mcmillon announced on his tv broadcast on walmart tv , he has experienced from the walmarts in China , since he so call himself from America why wouldn't he protect his associates!!! If he knew how severed this virus is and knew that it was k–ling people there in China. Why didnt have an action plan!!
This is Walmart's action plan it began with associates couldnt wear mask nor gloves then it went from not wearing them to wearing it. Store managers are and were telling associates to take off their gloves and mask so they wouldnt scare customers and associates, how ironic its all about the dollar not for the safety of their associates!! Now associates are allowed to wear it and require to wear them. Second, Policy says associates will be paid for their time off if they have to be quarantine due to the coronavirus once again in the small print says only if the associate is quarantined and if the associates is not positive with coronavirus. they dont get paid even if a spouse, child and etc is positive. How can associates come to work if their dependents have the virus and they are quarantine?
