The Virus only accelerated the layoffs

Let’s be realistic. There was a lot wrong with this company and it’s leadership long before the virus threat was even present. We had the threat of layoffs this year, last year..the year before that. I’m sure many will agree with me that the pandemic only created an environment in which everything that was wrong with this company just comes more quickly to the surface. I have no doubt that mayoral layoffs will follow

The reality is Hal’s reputation and it’s management style has been very negative. Most people even out of O&g industry is aware of how bad the culture is inside. Even before I open my mouth people ask if it is really that bad to work for this company. Too much political games... Unfortunately...

How many times can I say this is a services company...if customers don’t need us we don’t have a job. Yes the virus screwed every industry but the OPEC screwed oil and gas...blame Russia and Saudi for this sh–...they are worse than any virus.
