Any word on severance packet and with this much lay-off why weren’t we told about lay-off 60 days in advance under the warn law

The policy was just updated on 3/30/2020. Right before they started this. Look it up!
Quote: "I got laid off at Fort Lupton yesterday, 1 week of severance pay for each year of service. This does not lineup with what employees at other camps (specifically in Texas) as some of them received 'enhanced severance packages'"
IF you were a stoner, or one of the worthless pieces of homeless trash that you see in downtown Denver, or in Ft. Collins, you would get all kinds of benefits that are NOT available to those who were laid off from a job in the oilfield (Colorado politicians DO NOT like the oilfield) When I was laid off from Ft. Lupton in 2015, I was informed that I had to deplete my 401K account BEFORE I could apply for unemployment.
"HAL will be a shell of itself within 6 months"
Hopefully, that WILL happen much sooner than your 6 month estimate.
Locations that lay off enough to be affected by the WARN act may be giving more weeks of severance in lieu of notice.
just 3 years ago it was 1 week for every 2 years
I was told that you can negotiate your severance. I don’t know why they would do it, but I had a friend who got an extra 2 weeks by complaining about what he was getting
