The dreaded white boxes with red lettering could show up at anytime on any floor in any building. Where will they be seen first?

The boxes are used for for putting in personal items when you get axed and shown the door. So how will layoffs happen? By personal email or text message or phone call or letter? No matter, you will be gone and someone will clean out your office and put everything in a Pioneer box for you and deliver it to your home. Chevron is not going to have hundreds/thousands of empty offices and work areas filled with miscellaneous personal belongings.
The offices are closed genius...which you would know if you had not been laid off in an earlier downturn!
