My store is drowning and it just continues to get worse. In fact somebody at my store( a head cashier), had symptoms of corona virus and yet customers keep coming in flocks of 9 or 10. And the worst part is that they are buying nonessential stuff like MULCH and PAINT. There needs to be a limit on how many customers at a time can come in at a time. ALSO CLOSE THE NONESSENTIAL DEPARTMENTS (OSLG, PAINT, BUILDING MATERIALS,etc.) and keep the essential departments open (plumbing, appliances, electrical, and hardware). And another thing, if Marvin and corporate deem our stores safe, then why don’t they get off their lazy butts to help us?? Things are getting out of control at my store (I’m a PT Cashier transitioning into a FT Loader) and if nothing changes soon, half of the store might get the coronavirus

Some that depends on your state or city’s stay at home / essential business standards. While Lowe’s shouldn’t necessarily let that dictate it, most of the stores that have limits on occupancy or goods sold are doing so because of local ordinance.
What store are you at that is limiting customers that can come inside?
We have been limiting the amount of customers in the store since last Friday. One way in using the main entrance. It’s been limited to between 125-200 customers using the customer counter app on Kronos. Most customers totally understand and appreciate it. Others, well you know the type- the ones that think they are the center of the universe. Those are the ones I enjoy putting in their place and tell them they can get in line like everyone else, leave, or go speak with the police officer who is at the front door.
