All timecard/pay for this week information has disappeared?? Are we not getting paid for is week like they promised??? I am speaking of this current week April 4, 2020. It was supposed to be FT 12 hrs and part time 5 hours????? If that is the case, then they lied about coming back in the half week, saying it would only be 12 and 5 hours because we would be working the rest of the week. But that is a lie therefore they are supposed to pay us the 28 and 12 hours per week based on the original information before they kept ""updating"" the information....they are trying to screw us and say it is a half week again so, sorry. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! And now we are having issues with unemployment going though because Macy's waited until he last minute to tell anyone! Now that system is crashing and we are losing even more money!!! Anyone know anything about this???

Happy we received some hours for last week as policy did say only 2 weeks.

You have to know how to look. Follow the instructions in how to get into MyDay through the messages link, already discussed in this post. I'm an hourly executive and I have 16 hours if emergency closure pay showing there, to be paid Friday, April 10 from the partial week of March 29-April 4, before the furlough. I'm grateful for this.
I’m in Florida and we were told only 2 weeks. I’m a supervisor and asked my store manager if we would get any hours a 3rd week and she said no. I can’t see anything on Insite so guess I will see Friday.
Just checked My Day on Insight and 12 hours are there for this week. Will see this in April 10 check.
I just got to see my time card and the hours promised .because the cuts happened midweek, they paid out the hours split over theee weeks. Wednesday to Wednesday is the first week (7 hours for PT) the second week 12 hours a s the last week ending April 1 when furloughs began the remaining 5 hours for a total of 24 hours that was promised.
Just checked Insite & you can access MyDay there again (the back way).
You got a paycheck this week, another one for 12 hours (if FT) next week.. I hope you guys put PTO. I dont think it's too late if you request thru AskHR.
I was paid, thank goodness. Macy's furloughed MCCS (Macy's.com) employees this week, but they didn't announce this publicly. Don't purchase anything you aren't planning to keep. Don't expect any customer service either, or help with purchases, returns, price adjustments, credit card payments. The company didn't invest in equipment for employees to work remotely before now, so there's zilch happening in that area. We are shut down for the month of April at least.....

Mgr here, your timecard has been hidden by IT, but not very well. I'm going to tell you how to view it since they have already populated with the 12 hrs for FT and 5 hrs for PT. So, YES, we are paying just as we said in the Covid-19 Leave & Pay Policy. I recommend checking it asap because as soon as they realize it is still visible they may obliterate it. You can also view this weeks schedule-nothing on it-and other stuff. Here you go: sign into Insite, click on the red link My Messages, then click on the 3 horizontal bars on upper right corner of page, there's your My Day link right there. Once on My Day you can see timecard, schedule, reports....everything. Ready...go!
Our location was promised three weeks, 22hr,28hr, 12hr as noted in an email with chart of hours per level of employment. Plus one PTO day per week

We were not promised pay for week ending 4/4. We were already paid for weeks ending 3/20 and 3/27. The two weeks that said they will pay us.
This current week we are getting paid 12 hours plus one day pto if you request it through hr.
I was paid this week for 28 hours plus 1 day pto
Macy’s had a negative balance in their bank account the pay is not going through, they literally have no payroll money.
