Could people just be happy for once..?
Great people committed to developing others!
First 20 years, almost all management outside of Bloomington were outstanding....the last 10 years...all yes men and women. Embarrassing. My own managers told me they couldn’t speak up in meetings any longer because they would be labeled trouble causers or not on board with the program. Anyone who says otherwise on here is a liar. I’m retired, but the same stuff is happening now. No vision, only a– kissing that will eventually lead to disaster. Already heading down that road.
Buffoons
The VP who is retired and responded to this is a fine example of a mo–n who was never out in the front line with his troops. He sat behind closed doors and did a lot of talk about how he cared about his people. All talk with the reach around. GPS are overpriced glamour boys who never did a days work in their life. If the really cared, they would have included the employees. Simply put, they never did. All talk and no action except to line their greedy pockets.
Leaders.
In 20+ yrs, I have had 6+ and with the exception of one, I would work for all of them again. Sounds like I picked the right route to go in SF and clearly found where the good people work.
ScoobieDoo, I bled red and white for SF over 25 years. I loved the company, my coworkers, my job, and even my leadership. However, about 2015ish I became extremely disillusioned with what the company turned into. By the time the unexpected buyout happened, I couldn’t have been happier. Sorry to say I was bitter about it all. Some people quit and leave, some people quit and stay. I was among the latter for at least my last two years. The career I loved turned into a nightmare. I do owe a lot of gratitude for the little push out of Corporate life and Illinois though. I used to say I was proud of my job.
We can definitely rule out Bank as the department "Scoobie doo" served in, if the narrative is indeed real. Systems/ET as well.
I am a retired vp. Based on unsolicited notes of appreciation i received after retired I believe i made a difference. I certainly tried to make things better, be fair, and treat everyone with respect. I pushed back to support common sense and had a high care level.
I am sickened looking at these descriptors. Surely not. Exceptions maybe. The amount of time and money spent trying to do the right thing for the right reasons is what is mostly discussed in every exec meeting. You folks are naive.

You may not be far off. There is a review underway now to determine which of the 3 hubs that could be jettisoned because of falling claim trends and drop in production.
See you guys at the food bank next month.
Trick question. We have no leaders

Can’t use one. Actors, paid way too much, needs to learn to do real work, weird, way too much delegator, needs to do actual work, WAY WAY too many
I'd hate these descriptions if I were a leader.
Nasty
People who drink cool aid. People who don't believe in what they say. Liars!
