I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT IF YOU ARE HIGH RISK AND YOUR MANAGER IS GIVING YOU A HARD TIME FILING FOR LEAVE THAT YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR LOCAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOR BOARD. I AM CONFIDENT THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOELRATED AND PEOPLE WILL BE LOSING THEIR JOBS.

“Exempt” lol ok here we go. So when a company is exempt that also means it’s a tax write off why do you think all corporations did the exact same amount of leave time. Tax write off equals government funded. Read a book people.

For example there are not enough tests in your area, but you have been exposed to someone who is sick. Your manager can manually approve this situation.

I highly suggest you read your email before spewing this bull c-ap. It’s not up to the managers weather leave is approved or not. All you have to do is tell them you’re applying. It is up to the ACC if it is approved or not which by the way we have not had any denied in my store.
