Gotta love mechanical managers wondering why their running out of supplies and having to order tons of water and crew packs more now then when there was a cab supply job. New flash when you let people get their own supplies they tend to take more then they actually needed in the first place.

F&Os most useless organization what are you smoking they do the jobs the other crafts b–ch about having to do. Are some lazy yea but that’s management’s fault for letting them get that way and not having the nuts to do anything about it, and its the union’s fault for letting the $hit slide and not calling the lazy ones out. I’ve heard more whining coming from crews having to get their own supplies since they cut cab supply out, not to mention the yard employees crying about having to carry supplies to crews if there isn’t any on hand for them to get themselves. The jobs shouldn’t have been cut in the beginning now it’s biting them in the a$$ so now let’s try to fix the f**k up. Once again instead of leaving $hit alone because it works they needed to prove that it was necessary in the first place.

I really don't know why honestly. F&O's are the most useless organizations. You all are worthless and lazy. That is why you are considered overhead waste. You id–t's do not have enough brain cells to do anything else.
