call got moved to 4:30. separate calls for SMs and above vs. hourly.
In another thread someone post call got moved to 430. Not sure how true that is.
Well it's 312 and no email. So listening didn't mean anything.

Based on how many of employees have called me after me absolutely saying "email at 3p" I'm not so sure listening is a skillset for our people.

Not the message I got
You either got bad information or didn’t listen when you got the message regarding the call. Emails will go out at 3pm est for the 3:30est call. Listening is a skill apparently.
We will get the email at 3:00 EST. The “meeting” will begin at 3:30.
We were all told 3pm
