Should a store with nothing to sell, located in a closed mall (for example) be considered an essential business?
@@1sxf So far only Vermont and some other place out in the midwest has been doing that (stores can only sell food/household supplies).
Not to be rude but.......AND? So they are closing 1 Week later. AND? That's like the losing baseball team down 20-0 in the bottom of the 9th celebrating a solo home run. Again....AND? So the game might go 5 Minutes longer. The end result is decided already, whether they close April 12 Or April 19 is merely semantics at this point, and will literally be meaningless in 16 Days. Their fate is sealed, they are moribund. They will soon be in the trasheap of useless closed stores. Yawn, next. Let me Know when some new, additional closings are announced.
Are any other stores such as Target, Walmart, Meijer, etc. being told that they can sell only certain merchandise and nothing else?
They are allowed to sell store fixtures but can't sell clothes.... that's pretty wild for New Jersey.
Should've been shut down weeks ago
The state would never dare tell Walmart to not sell clothes.
yawn , stay home . better yet QUIT !
I had wondered if stores will start closing public restrooms soon.
