The lack of protection and regard for employee safety, and indirectly our families is horrid!!!!!!!
We know what our lives are worth to corporate, $300.00 F/T, $150.00 P/T. People are NOT buying Essential items, they're browsing and buying NON-Essential Items. They're NOT maintaining a 6ft. safe distance. Lowe's is not limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at a time like other Essential retailers. HD is taking far more precautions than Lowe's corporate!!!
Make no mistake, there will be a reckoning for the pursuit of profits taking priority during a life threatening Pandemic! At the very least, states are going to start cracking down on Lowe's for abusing their Essential status.
Our store manager's actions clearly demonstrate the lack of concern for the employees. There's more concern for completing AP4ME, Leads, and Credit Apps.
When the day comes the Pandemic is behind us there will be consequences that Lowe's and Marvin will have to answer for, legally, the court of public opinion, and morally.
