Someone in my store is over 70, wife is on oxygen with a chronic illness.

He has stayed home to avoid bringing the virus home.

He applied and a letter was sent saying his "request was reviewed and resolved. Your application is denied".

It's not as easy as they make it sound.

OMG. You just look for reason to whine and moan. We just implemented the 65 and older. Follow the process and it will be approved. Stop being victims. If you actually talked to your store leadership you would understand that we are humans too.

Lowe’s follows Home Depot but does it as cheaply as possible. Ever call a store and listen to the menu options? It seems we have tool rental. I tried that option once and it connected me to the pro desk.

Anything Lowe’s can do to save money they do. Customer centric scheduling? A way to reduce payroll even more without cutting even more positions.

Too bad Lowe’s didn’t follow HD on their policy. Seems Lowe’s can’t be a leader in being a great company.
