I just wish the Sev packages were fair.
Again take care of the rich over paid SVP /VP / Director levels and leave the commoners with no incentive at all. Everyone should have been offered at least 39 weeks. BS.

Now i have to wait this out a couple more months and get laid off with the same package that my "enhanced package" is.
BS Leadership team. You'll keep me ! but i promise u i'm going to be lazy as heck !!

I agree with the inequitable severance packages. Some got really lucky (newbies and VP higher) while the hard working people, in mid level Principal jobs that have been here more than 3 or 4 years got screwed. There is NOTHING enhanced about the package at all. It's basically the same as the minimum package given to the hourly employees and contributor level employees who have been here 1 year! it's c-ap. I have been here through 5 rounds of layoffs in last 9 years and taken up all the extra work. Now I get offered a package that is just what it would be if I didn't volunteer and then be eligible for unemployment. Stupid Math Sabre!

True that! Some of the most bitter ex-Sabre people are the ones laid off. Don't take it so personally!

All ex Sabre lay off victims have to come up with some external reason they were laid off and it's never because Sabre realized it could carry on just fine without them.
