GM Leadership is mum. Where is that highly educated, diversity leadership, and strong backbone at GM. Seems like GM has been very quiet lately. $21.00 stock is awesome. Is Bankruptcy 2.0 in the ballgame again. GM is such a freeking disappointment when it comes to Leadership and Comraderie.

So funny Mary and Mark got mad at the employees who complained about the “you will like it or else” open office cafeteria-style layout that Google already abandoned 10 years ago. Mary and Mark were furious that their subjects had the nerve to complain about germs and illness spreading with open seating all in the name of “collaboration “. And here we are with the Kung Flu after they spent millions throwing out perfectly good cubicles with high walls = just what we need now. What they did is so GM.
She shopping for another fabulous Leather Jacket!!

Easy to spot the ex-GM trolls. If you worked here you’d know that Mary and leadership has been in constant communication with employees. But you don’t work here and haven’t for over a year. Begs the question why you still obsess over us on an anonymous employee forum?
Any dude would have been fired long ago because of our stock price, not to mention that the stock market has gone up, what 300% since 2009?
She's been meeting with divya and ruess at her house in Northville going over how to keep GM's share price above 20. Obviously they want to avoid the negative press of layoffs but that's a very real option if the plants stay closed beyond mid-Aprill
Mary Barra...where are those sub payments...unemployment for three weeks and not one penny of sub pay....GM needs to do what is in the contract and take care of the employees
What do you want during this time ?
Her to send you toilet paper ?
They need to lift martial law before we can actually get back to our full capability. Working from home doesn't inspire our best.
Ok not working for any car company right now. It's a race to the finish Ford vs GM vs Tesla. I think that is the line-up. Ford is doing really good by using a new design from available parts, Tesla is doing outstanding with designing + prototyping + giving away for free, and GM is not telling the truth with Mary Barra and her PR campaign against the US partnering with a company that can't figure out how to build a product that is half as complicated as the HVAC unit on a car.
Heres the race so far...
- Tesla is in the lead by a long way
- Ford is catching up
- GM is tying its shoelaces with a crazy CEO waiting for the starting shot
Good luck companies. Ps.. quit whining and get to work
She's in her bunker. She's just the face of diversity for GM. Nothing more. I don't exactly see GM leading it's industry since she's been at the helm. Joke.
I'd guess installing cubicles campus wide, for the failed open floor layout experiment they were sold on. Couldn't see the Coronavirus rich seating environments for what they were.
She's been 'hard at work' with GM's PR department figuring out how to CGI a ventilator being manufactured
GM: "At least we're not Ford!!!"
