Just heard we can only use 1 PTO and the rest have to be sick days while we are getting the emergency pay so what happens after next week

Can Macy's get out of paying us our 401k match?
If you are laid off, your health insurance is good for 30 days. After that you are on your own. I expect that probably all health insurance will probably end even for those that keep their jobs. If the company files for bankruptcy and reorganization, which is more than likely , a lot will go away. Including vacation days. We are uncharted waters . Kohl's is right behind us.

So we file unemployment when? And not partial but full ?
Go ahead and file for unemployment. They only gave 28 hours of disaster pay and next week(3-29-4-4) there only doing 12 hours. If your a full time you can at least file for partial unemployment, cause something is better than nothing.
So when should we expect confirmation on that unemployment following coming week? Would love to know.
