CEOs suspend their pay for 2020!

Well well! Now we are separating the men from the boys or real leaders from wannabes! CEOs across the nation from numerous corporations are suspending their pay for 2020 to keep their people. Would SF CEO and mgmt be willing to suspend their pay or at the very least take a pay cut for the customer and the people that keep the promise? Remember, the sour grapes made your wine!

A rude awakening and a day of reckoning is coming to those that say: "It's OK for me but not for you." Like doc holiday said: MY HYPOCRISY ONLY GOES SO FAR.

I feel as if I'm defending the Communist Chinese Party by saying this, but State Farm is doing a good job right now. It's donating to good causes and "keeping the promise". We're working and we're helping. I'm saddened that this good (sometimes feels like it's dying) organization diluted itself so much by bringing aboard so much trash over the recent years.

What? CEOs are taking cuts because business for many companies is WAY down, and their stock prices are plummeting. There are cash flow problems. They are having to reduce pay, hours, benefits, furloughing, and even laying people off. Anybody would expect the CEOs to take a pay cut too when it comes to having to resort to saving the company in those ways. Say what you want, but insurance companies are generally large stable companies and SF is weathering this very well. The need for insurance isn't gone, losses are still occurring, claims still need to be handled, policies still need servicing. WTF are you on? We aren't working in a restaurant, hospitality, coffee shop, hair/nail salon, etc. that had to close down during this pandemic. Or how about a hospital, first responder, grocery and pharmacy store workers? I have a helluva lot of gratitude right now. Sorry, you're unhinged because I see little evidence that employees here are being done as wrong as you seem to think we are during this pandemic.
