My children's father, an ER nurse at Tufts Medical Center, said he was laid off - along with 81 others at this facility. Due to the fact he was only employed for 81 days, he said automatically disqualifies for the 90 day requirement/opportunity to collect unemployment. How can this be- during such a time of crisis in our country?
