Thread regarding ViacomCBS layoffs

Disney is quietly laying people off, ViacomCBS following suit?

Disney is quietly laying people off during this crisis. Their managers have until April 17th to finger those who need to go.

Anyone know if this is happening in our company?

Youth and entertainment brands were told layoffs are definitely happening but earliest would be late April.
All bets are off.
Who knows how many people will end up sick.

The only thing worthy about this post is what was said in virtual town hall if anybody would care to add to their 2 cents

???? Uh, CBS was laying off in drives. The Disney people should be asking if Disney following CBS (if anything about this post makes any sense). - Not the other way around.dummy

If you read the Barron's article out today on many sites - CBS stock is tumbling because it's an "old model" * correct that cbs is in its own black hole and has nothing to do with Disney or whatever other media Anonymous compared it to tomorrow and the next day.
