Production presses and software support folks in Toronto have started to get laid off after some went to Guatemala to train, one may presume, their replacement. How caring of Xerox. Especially to outsource support to clueless folks who can't work from home in a locked down country where laptops and high speed internet are non existent for these folks working from home. Never mind the total lack of experience or access to actual hardware. And ye wonder why, oh why, it takes a while to get support on the line? hahahaha Xerox is getting what it deserves for letting it the backbone of its reputation: excellent support.

Any news about 2nd level technical support (Color & Digital groups) in Saint John NB
Surprised they got a return ticket from Guatemala. Must have been a President's Club trip. Morality? Innovation? Direction? Is there any reason to be proud to work for this company? Not rhetorical: I really want to know.
