My assumption is it would be temporary. But I’m sure there isn’t an end date. I’d take the pay cut and work at home for the time being than be unemployed. But I’m certainly not going to go above and beyond.

Remember contract always has a clause in there for things like this. They can do it as long it it is for all not just a selected few
How can they cut salaries when there is a written contract in place? The offer of employment that everyone Hass to sign is effectively a contract.
