Remember in late 2017 when everyone at Belk was forced to sign an arbitration agreement? belk was getting their ducks in a row. They know what they were doing to lead to lawsuits.

We usually were told to sign papers hurriedly. That way you wouldn't have time to read what you signed. But they make you believe it's all fine. Just some papers to sign . Nothing really important.
