I see a lot of "down" votes for anyone not sympathetic to all the reams of "extra" work being piled on the poor seriously over worked people who are still gainfully employed in the worst job market since the depression.

Shows me how ungrateful people can be for what they have. (This will get down votes too.)
Poor poor you employed and having an extra hour of work everyday. Cheer up! You too may find out what it's like to have no job and none of that "extra" work soon enough....

It's a completely unsustainable business model and we can see this reflected in the low share price. Investors have no faith in this company, and why the f— should they? ViacomCBS is a failing media company with horrible, hypocritical leadership.

It s—s to lose colleagues and then be forced to take on their work, while knowing that they are out there wishing they still had it.
You’d think this was an unsustainable model for doing business.

Boo hoo... 25% unemployment and you have some "extra" work...probably doing 8-9 hours of work per day. Plus a 40K, and medical benefits. I'll cry you a river. Poor thing.

Aww poor you. You are still collecting a paycheck while hundreds of your colleagues got sh–canned during a global f—ing pandemic. Thoughts and prayers for you. You are the real victim and my heart BLEEDS for you.

If people in the union are getting laid off too then what’s the point of the union.

What location Union staff? LA TVC or Burbank. And which Union. There are many. I assume they had to honor the union severance package

1) Keep your head down until you’re thrown under the bus.
2) Be the transparent s— up who throws others under the bus.
3) Strike + Unionize.
4) Get out on your own terms.
