In my territory they seem to have fired those who had no workshops assigned to them or worked only one. And only guides- no coaches. Poor practice to do it in mass phone call.

It seems quite random in some ways and in others not so much. In my area there are teams of 2-3 guides completely gone from one workshop leaving the coach with a totally new person. And these guides worked anywhere from 1 to 10 workshops per week. There is a studio that EVERY guide was terminated to leave only coaches.
Are you seriously even asking that question?
Would it really have made you feel any better to be told in a one on one that you weren't good enough to make the cut?
