Yes there probably will be layoffs happening all over the country. Realize that though it is very hard to break a commercial lease so shutting stores down right away probably won’t happen.

I have a feeling some of us will get laid off and not all stores will open. Just a guess. No inside Info. Just wait till the 22nd. If you haven’t heard back you will than. Be ready for anything and all kinds of changes. Think retail in general will change dramatically. Good luck all. Not sure what to expect.

RF = regional fulfillment. They have someone designated to process online orders and they get alot of them.

I think from what I'm hearing they are taking existing RF stores that have been working this whole time anyway and adding curbside.

I don’t care what anyone on here says if we have to wear a mask the customers should have to wear a mask it is a simple as that and I’m not whining i’m just telling the truth which people do not like to hear . It should be no mask no service because I’ve seen it for myself customers touch everything in the store the kids put everything in their mouth’s nasty . This company doesn’t give a c-ap about me are you and for those of you telling people to get another line of work I’m gonna leave out what I think about that because it’s not nice . And for the ones that are saying I don’t want a handout well I’m glad you’re so wealthy why don’t you take those handouts and give it to someone else that needs it , it’s not a handout it’s money that we have paid as taxpayers .

This is the same company that told us we won’t get any increases til next year, and I assure you (no hazard pay) and bc we actually haven’t been working means we are not accruing paid time off. So guess who’s going to be losing vacation time at the end of the year....

Tell that to the virus that you have your big girls/boys pants ON. Negative mindsets are the worst, they never understand anything.

You work retail, zero contact with customers isn't going to happen, so..put on your big boy/girl pants on.. and stop whining about going to work...or better yet, find a different line of work

I wonder how were going to do social distance between employees??? Even doing curbside to protect the customer is still dangerous, what about the employee working together at the store. I honestly think that if management wants to expose themselves then there the ones that should start with the reopening, surely there will be less hours less days working, so for more reasons the managers and assistants should be the one's to start. The virus is not gone, when things started in March many in my work place joked about, were not taking things seriously, they wanted to keep working while others were scared and worried. I am worried about our safety and the negative mindsets in all of this. Really hoping they have the right equipment to keep us safe, if were safe the customer will be too. Remember no employees, no business.

Why ask what states are opening? If your state is still closed then your store is still closed SMH its all up to the governors when non essential stores can open and in what phase pay attention to your state rules cause BBB cant make a move until the Governors say they can

Stores starting curbside next week...are the employees told they have to go back? Or are they asking if they want to...and it’s Friday have they been contacted already?
I’m scared to go back and deal with the public or even working with others

I was told that they were deciding what stores to open for curbside based on volume. Not sure if that is by state or company wide.

Yay? Is this a good thing? Sorry but unless there is 0 contact with the customers it's not safe. Guarantee we're going to be putting things in people's cars for them. Some people are doing better financially on unemployment than they are working right now who were struggling to get by working are they supposed to be happy? People want to work I don't doubt that at all and I agree I would rather work for my money than have the government give it to me but I don't know anyone in their right mind who wants to expose themselves to a deadly virus, struggle to make ends meet from a company not paying them enough just so customers can buy non essential products. No America can't stay shuttered forever but until the virus isn't k–ling people it's not safe.
